Refund Policy

At Imagine Marketing, we are committed to delivering high-quality creative and marketing services. Due to the nature of our work, all sales are final and non-refundable.

Once a payment is made and work has commenced—whether it be strategy, design, development, advertising, or any form of consultation—no refunds will be issued. This includes:

• Website and app design and development

• Branding and graphic design

• Multimedia production including but not limited to photography, videography, and podcast production

• Marketing strategies and consulting

• Ad campaigns or content creation

All deposits and retainers are non-refundable. These secure your project in our schedule and cover the time and resources allocated to your account from the start.

If you choose to cancel a service after it has started, you will not be eligible for a refund. However, at our discretion, partial credit toward future services may be offered depending on the situation and amount of work completed.

We work closely with every client to ensure satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. Clear communication, timelines, and revision processes are provided to avoid misunderstandings. Please review all deliverables thoroughly before final approval, as approved work is considered final.

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us to resolve the issue is a violation of this policy. We reserve the right to dispute any chargebacks and provide all documentation of client approval and service delivery.
